Reflect, Document, and Plan for Growth! — Issue #14
Hello 👋
One more month before we call this year a wrap, but who’s counting? As we approach November, take your time to reflect on what you’ve achieved or accomplished, no matter how small.
The end of the year is the perfect time to set new goals for the new year. Some may say it’s too early, but there’s no such thing as too early when it comes to personal development.
Like our favorite internet phrase, “It’s time to lock in 💪”!

Documenting Your Little Wins 🎯
Beyond the numbers, likes on Twitter, comments, and shares on Linkedin, there are different ways you can document your wins. Sometimes, little progress is ignored because we’re too focused on the big milestones or external validation.
To help you recognize and celebrate your achievements, consider creating a Brag Document. This simple doc can serve as a personal record of your successes, big and small. Here’s what to include:
Projects Completed: List the projects you’ve finished, no matter how small.
Challenges Overcome: Document any hurdles you've faced and how you overcame them.
Skills Acquired: Keep track of new skills you’ve developed throughout the year. This could be anything from technical to soft skills that enhance your professional growth.
Impact Created: Note the positive changes or contributions you’ve made, either to your team, organization, or community.
Remember: Your progress deserves to be acknowledged, even if it's not "social media worthy.”
Share Your Story! 📝
Are you working on your end-of-year reflection or recap article? We'd love to feature it!
Send us your piece about your 2024 journey, lessons learned, or achievements (big or small), and we'll share it in our next edition. Your story might just inspire fellow community members to celebrate their progress.
