Job hunting can be a stressful and demanding process. You know what's worse? Using a bad resume that most likely won't even make it to the hiring manager's desk.
Here are some tips from Blessing Adesiji, Developer Relations Manager at Circle, on crafting a resume that will tick the hiring manager’s boxes:
Keep it short and simple, the hiring manager won’t spend hours looking at your resume.
Highlight your technical skills and relevant information. Leave out unnecessary details.
Cover letters are not overrated; a good cover letter may sometimes be your only leverage over other candidates.
